UK’s prime minister Theresa May delayed Brexit vote after a savagely funny speech in which she defended her position on Brexit but she forgot to admit the decision to delay the vote was made after it became clear she would lose it “by a significant margin”.
Now May will go back to EU leaders to tell them she’s a nice girl and she wanted the best for UK and EU.
In her speech Theresa May said that “widespread and deep concern” remains over the Northern Ireland backstop to avoid the risk of returning to a “hard border” between Ireland, which will remain part of the European Union after Brexit, and Northern Ireland when the UK leaves the EU next March.
But the majority of UK citizens do not want to leave the EU. That was what a survey states on Sunday, 9th.
