The heaviest rain in almost a century forced over a million people to leave their houses and move to relief camps in the Indian state of Kerala.  Deaths have been around 400. The record floods’ damage will cost about $3 billion, as early roughfly estimated.

Several nations all around the world offered their help to India government, but it is known that India generally doesn’t accept any kind of aid from abroad.
